Future Black Leaders, Inc. is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors committed to advancing our mission to Radiate Excellence, Promote Racial Equity, and Empower Black Leadership.

Our Board provides governance, strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and community leadership to ensure FBL continues creating meaningful opportunities for Black students and emerging leaders across the country.

What began as a student-led initiative in 2016 has grown into a nonprofit organization reaching young people through leadership development, education, community engagement, and nationally accessible programming.

Our Board plays an important role in helping Future Black Leaders build the infrastructure necessary to sustain that impact for generations to come.

Our Board of Directors helps protect the mission and long-term future of Future Black Leaders. Working alongside FBL's executive leadership (Csuite), the Board provides oversight and guidance in areas including:
